Termination Procedure: You may terminate or cancel your account at any time during the Term by giving PRO Mechanix Mobile Auto Repair Services notice by website or application. The cancellation request is subject to verification of ownership of the account and/or domain, as determined in PRO Mechanix Mobile Auto Repair Services sole discretion. In the event of such cancellation, you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation subject to the terms of the thirty (30) day money-back guarantee (if applicable). After the account is canceled, all user content will be permanently removed from the server. Please make a backup of all user content before you contact PRO Mechanix Mobile Auto Repair Services to cancel your account.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
At PRO Mechanix Mobile Auto Repair Services we offer you a free cancellation policy if you cancel the booking within the required time period. You will not be charged as long as you cancel your reservation on our website or mobile application.
In this section we will provide all the information you need regarding our Cancellation policy.
1. A booking can be cancelled by the user through the PRO Mechanix Mobile Auto Repair Services mobile application. Alternatively, the user may also contact the customer care number on the website and place a cancellation request.
2. all canceleations must be made 90 minutes prior to the schedualed service appoitment
3. Any failure to register a cancelation 90 minutes efore the schedulaed appoitment time, the user will be charged 15% of the transaction amount subject to a maximum of AED 50. The refund will be credited to the user's account in 15 working days.
4. In case a user fails to show up for his schedualed service, the booking shall be treated as a No Show and an AED 50 fine will be applied only. And the reamining balance will be refunded to the user.
5. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
