1. What kind of warranty do you provide with your work?

We believe in the expertise, professionalism and attention to detail that our technicians demonstrate. That's why we back all our work with a 12 month/10,000km warranty. In case there is a problem with a repair or service:
- A technician is sent out as soon as possible… no questions asked.
- Our friendly customer service staff will follow up to ensure that your car is running as it should

2. What areas does your mobile service cover?

We cover all areas in Dubai with plans to expand our operations in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi soon.

3. Are your mechanics all qualified?

All our mechanics are certified professional mechanics with years of industry experience. Most of them have previously worked at dealerships or repair shops

4. My car is making a strange noise, can you tell me what it is?

Yes, we specialize in fault diagnosis, so give us a call on 04/453 2681 or download our app to arrange for mechanical repairs or car servicing

5. My cars air conditioning is no longer blowing cold air, can you fix it?

Yes, we can. We are fully qualified and licensed to work on automotive air conditioning systems.

6. Do you charge for travel time?

No our prices are pre-set once you have booked your service. There are no extra charges

7. How do I pay for the car service?

You can pay for the service using your credit /debit card. You are required to enter your credit card information at the time of your appointment. However, your card will be charged only after the mechanic has completed the service on your vehicle.

8. Are you locally owned and operated?

Pro Mechanix is a UAE registered business and licensed by the Dubai Road and Transport Authority(RTA). All our technicians and employees are UAE residents. They operate company vans to provide the highest quality car service repair.

9. Do you do repairs as well as services?

Of course, we are a fully equipped mobile workshop and only employ qualified and highly trained technicians. Check the “Minor Repairs” section on our website or app.

10. How does your pricing system work?

A quote depends on your car, your location and the service you need. Since we don't charge any extra overhead costs, customers can save up to 25-50% of what you normally pay at a repair shop or garage.

11. Do you have a shop?

Our mechanics are mobile. They come to your home or office. You can always find us at www.promechanix.com or our mobile app.

12. Is there a cancelation fee?

We apply a policy that all cancellations must be made 90 minutes before the appointment time. Late cancellations are charged a fee of 100 AED.

13. Where do the parts come from?

We work directly with parts supplied by certified auto suppliers to guarantee the savings are passed on to our customers.

14. What if the mechanic is late?

Our mechanics want to offer you the highest quality service. Sometimes different variables like traffic, unexpected delays from another job can affect this experience. Our mechanics will try their level best to keep the appointment. They will contact you in case of emergencies.

If they are not at your location, within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment, feel free to call the mechanic directly or call our central number.

15. Do I need to tip the mechanic?

It's not necessary or expected. The biggest tip they can receive is your rating and the feedback you provide on their profile.
